Reservations can be made by phone, mail, e-mail or online on our website. Reservations are only guaranteed when payments are received; make checks payable to Unique Travel Northwest Wisconsin.
If you are signed up for a trip and it is necessary for you to cancel, every effort will be made to give you a full or partial refund. There are times when a full refund is NOT possible due to ticket purchases, meal guarantees, etc. Refunds will be made in trip vouchers or check. If a trip is cancelled due to insufficient reservation numbers, you will receive a full refund. On most extended trips travel insurance is included in the cost automatically. This protects you and our company.
Please be aware that the sign up deadlines reflect the requirements of our suppliers. There are minimum numbers that we need to meet to avoid cancelling the trip. Our requirements for most bus trips are 20 travelers minimum and 50 maximum. You can help us fill the trip by inviting your friends to join the fun and help fill the bus. To make sure you won’t be disappointed, please sign up early! If a tour is already full, your name will be added to the waiting list; if someone has to cancel we will replace them in the order names were added to the waiting list.
If you would like to be one of the first to receive our flyers and information, give us your e-mail address and we’ll get all the new info out to you by e-mail. Just give us a call or e-mail us at lisa@uniquetravelnw.com. If you are a snowbird you won’t have to worry about missing any info.
Unique Travel NW reserves the right to make changes in the published itinerary whenever conditions warrant, or if it is deemed necessary for the comfort, convenience, or safety of the tour. We reserve the right to withdraw any tour announced. We reserve the right to decline to accept any person as a member of the tour, or to require any participant to withdraw from the tour at any time, when such action is determined by the tour manager to be in the best interest of the health, safety, and general welfare of the tour group or of the individual participant.
Fuel surcharges have become a part of motor coach and air travel. With trips arranged so far in advance, it is impossible to accurately determine the cost of transportation. For this reason, trip prices are subject to change, and will be reflected in the final billing. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Participants may be photographed or videotaped for promotional purposes of Unique Travel NW or for sharing with fellow members of the tour group. If this is a problem, please let the tour director know in writing.
