RESERVATIONS

Because we own the company the trips are developed by us and we make them “unique” for you.

All of our escorts on “our” trips will do their very best to make sure you get the special treatment you paid for when you signed up for the tour. There is no need for tipping. If you have received extra attention for some reason and want to give something extra as an individual that is completely up to you.

Reservations can be made by phone, mail, e-mail or online on our website. Reservations are only guaranteed when payments are received; make checks payable to Unique Travel Northwest Wisconsin. If you are choosing to pay by credit card, someone will call you from our office to get the information from you, after payments are cleared your information will be shredded. Seats are not confirmed until payment is received.

If you are requesting special seat assignments on the bus, they will be honored first by need and second in the order in which they are received and payment is made.
